This one will depend on the kind of person you are. Are you an extrovert or an introvert? Regardless, push yourself to get off of that couch. Get your best friends together and have one of those classic nights on the town. Start out with a simple dinner with the people you most enjoy spending time with, then plan out a slew of clubs you want to try out.

Though it may feel like it, remember that it is all in the way you choose to live. You’re still so young, you only have so many opportunities to go out there and dance your heart out. This is for those of you who are a sucker for some good old-fashioned treat your self days. There is no better day to be pampered than the day that you entered the chat, aka were born onto this earth. As you get older, the importance of self-care grows and grows. I wish that we all could have learned it when we were younger.
Skip shop class and instead learned about the importance of taking care of yourself. To do the things that make you happy, and how big of a life change it can be. A spa day can be just one part of your birthday fun. Get together with your closest friends and indulge in a good soak, a massage, and a face mask(or two). I promise that by the end of it you will be feeling refreshed and renewed.
Completely ready to take on your new year. Because it is just that you know, a new year. Sure everyone likes to throw a New Years’ party for the collective, but when you think about it, the day you were born IS your new year.
So you should treat it as such: a new beginning. Be the you you’ve always wanted to be.

But if you are more comfortable with a low-key party, then a movie night is the perfect idea for you. Get all of your closest friends together, and get ready for a night to remember.
Have everybody pick out a movie that makes them feel nostalgic for their childhood and take turns watching them. Make sure to have good snacks and even better cocktails. Movies are just a fun way to bring us closer to the people we love.
